战略合作伙伴（英语：strategic partnership），简称战略伙伴，指企业之间为了共同的商业利益而进行合作的关系，也可以指政治博弈中不同政权基于共同利益而采取合作态度。在商业上，战略伙伴的形式可以有很多种，例如签署意向协议、合资公司、甚至股权式战略联盟等等。[1]
